Funding College Education in Armenia
Enlightened Helping Hand Foundation is dedicated to ensuring that children from disadvantaged single parent families don’t grow up underprivileged.
EHHF – a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization – was founded by a single parent who immigrated to the United States from Armenia and made her American Dream come true. She’s personally experienced the plight of a struggling single parent and worried how it might affect her children. (She spared no effort to ensure that her children thrive. Today, they do!)
While building a future for her family in America, she remained aware that her children wouldn’t have had access to college level education in Armenia. She founded EHHF to ensure that single parent families’ children are being helped and educated. Enlightened Helping Hand Foundation currently assists disadvantaged single parent families in the US and will expand its charitable giving to include funding college education in Armenia.
EHHF will fund college level education of underprivileged children from single parent households in Armenia in addition to assisting struggling single parent families in the United States.
Children raised by a single parent have less. In the United States, it’s possible to grow up and thrive regardless of a family’s financial standing: here social services, government assistance programs, student loans and grants are available to support underprivileged students.
In Armenia, the financial status of a single parent largely determines the future of her or his children. To ensure equal educational opportunity for these children Enlightened Helping Hand Foundation will be funding college education in Armenia for Armenian children from disadvantaged single parent households. EHHF’s vision is to ensure that no struggling single parent and no single parent family’s child in Armenia capable of earning college education is deprived of it. We hope that with time beneficiaries of our college education funding in Armenia will go on to successful careers and prosperous lives to become leading members of Armenian society.
EHHF is focused on single parent families to help the children. Your donations – of money, goods or vehicles – enable us to work on ensuring that poor single parent families’ kids in Armenia – have the opportunity to earn college level education just like their counterparts in the United States do.
